Rev. Paul Mahanandia has been actively involved with the River of Life Ministries in the different districts of Orissa. Some of the activites the undertaken by the River of Life ministries include the following.

Preaching the good news of Lord Jesus Christ and teach about the Holy Bible. 
Conducting public meetings, crusade, conventions, Bible Trainings, seminars and Workshops.
Reaching the unreached with social and spiritual awareness.
Preaching the Gospel and teaching the truth of the Bible and Baptize in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit and make the Disciple.
Planting churches and to construct church buildings for the purpose of conducting prayer and get together.
Organizing childrens programmes such as Sunday schools, childrens club and retreats.
